My Life’s Journey of Discovery

I am Stephen B. Henry, a mentor, philosopher, poet, and seeker of deeper truths. My life’s journey has been one of exploration, curiosity, and transformation, weaving together diverse experiences into a tapestry of growth and understanding. Today, I invite you to walk with me as I continue to seek balance, alignment, and the profound beauty in our interconnectedness. This space is not just about my journey; it is about the paths we all share, and the journey we walk, together.

Journeys We Walk Together Rev. Stephen B. Henry PhD

Life’s Milestones

I was born in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada in 1951, and grew up on a small hobby farm where I first learned the value of curiosity and hard work. My father taught me logic and ethics and my Mother ensured a safe place in which to grow up.

In 1973, I married and began a new chapter of my life in Port Elgin, Ontario, where my entrepreneurial spirit took root. My first venture, Henrys’ Rock Shop & Bookloft, was a reflection of my love for learning and connection, a theme that has carried throughout every endeavor since.

Over the years, my professional journey has included a wealth of experiences, working in small businesses and multi=national corporations, discovering personal computers, being an early adopter of the Internet, building websites since 1994, mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, and creating content that inspires and informs. I have worn many hats, embracing the beauty of multipotentiality, and allowing my interests to guide me toward meaningful work.

I moved to Kansas in 2000, and I currently live in the small city of Hutchinson, with my second wife. From here I continue to guide and mentor others, and explore life’s deeper questions. My path has always been one of helping others find clarity, confidence, and purpose, and this remains true to the heart of my work today.

Philosophy and Values

I believe in the sacred balance between chaos and alignment, the power of synchronicity, and the potential we each carry to connect with something greater than ourselves. However, it seldom comes easy. I continue to learn and grow, hopefully gaining wisdom along the way.

I have studied and applied the Law of Attraction since my early teens. Early on I learned life is a journey of discovery, one where even the challenges, indeed failures, serve as teachers. I am always pleased to share what I have learned with others.

For me, personal transformation is not about perfection; it is about growth, resilience, and the courage to step into the unknown. I am inspired by the interconnectedness of all things—the rhythm of the universe, the stories we share, and the lessons that unfold when we are open to them.

Serving Others

Through my writing, mentoring, and the resources I share here, I aim to create a space for reflection, inspiration, and growth. Whether you are seeking practical guidance, personal insight, or simply a moment of connection, my hope is that you will join me and find value in the journey as we explore it together.

This is a place where curiosity meets purpose; where we can uncover the hidden potential within ourselves and the world around us. The time to find your guide is before you get lost in the woods.

Personal Connection

When I am not working, you can often find me sitting on my porch with a hot cup of coffee, listening to the quiet sounds of the night. It is here, under the stars, that I am reminded of life’s simple joys; a moment shared with a passing raccoon, the gentle rustle of leaves, or the soft hum of a distant train. These moments ground me and serve as a source of inspiration for my work.

My poetry is another reflection of my inner world; a way to capture the beauty, complexity, and wonder of the human experience. It is through these words that I seek to understand and connect with the world in a deeper way. Below is a delicate Haiku. More of my poetry can be found on my personal website.
